DYKDDDDK (Flag)Tag is a short peptide consisting of 8 amino acids, which is highly hydrophilic and does not occupy other epitopes and binding domains, and is therefore easier to bind to antibodies. Anti-DYKDDDDK Antibody is mouse IgG2B recombinant monoclonal antibody. It specifically recognizes the DYKDDDDK tag at the N-terminal and C-terminal of fusion protein and is widely used in the purification and detection of fusion proteins.
