Service Introduction
Ligand coupling involves attaching purified antigens, antibodies, and other proteins to pre-activated chemical groups on a medium's surface through amino acids on the protein surface. This process immobilizes the proteins on the medium's surface, enabling the purification of corresponding antibodies or antigens, immunoprecipitation (IP/Co-IP), or the immobilization of active enzymes.
