DL5000 DNA Marker consists of 9 bands, consisting of 100, 250, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, and 5000 bp, and is suitable for agarose gel electrophoresis of PCR products or DNA fragments from 100 bp to 5000 bp. Of these, 500 bp is the indicator band, showing bright bands, with a band concentration of about 100 ng/5 μl, and the rest of the bands all have a concentration of about 50 ng/5 μl.
