The chemiluminescence kit is based on luminal substrate, which can be catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase (HRP) to emit luminescence. The kit optimizes the substrate composition and uses a new high-efficiency enhancer, which increases the luminescence intensity by 30-100 times compared with the traditional ECL chromogenic solution and effectively reduces the background. The kit uses a new oxidizing agent instead of unstable hydrogen peroxide, which improves the stability and can be stably placed at room temperature for 1 year. The working solution is catalyzed by HRP and emits fluorescence at specific wavelengths (400-450 nm), which can be exposed to X-ray film or scanned directly with a fluorescent CCD, and is mainly used in Western as well as chemiluminescent immunoassay systems.
