SP Beads 6FF is a strong cation exchange resin. The ion exchange group is a sulphopropyl group, see below.-O-CH2CHOHCH2OCH2CH2CH2SO3-.
IexCap SP 6FF is one of a range of prepacked, ready-to-use columns for affinity chromatography. It is packed with 1 ml and 5 ml of SP Beads 6FF. Five different packing sizes are available. IexCap SP 6FF has the standard interface and can be adapted to all kinds of chromatography system, such as ÄKTA. It is fast, simple and easy operation.
