Plasmid Purification Beads is a new type of ion exchange column. Under certain conditions, when plasmid DNA sample flows through the column under gravity, it binds to the purification column. Under certain conditions, the plasmid DNA can be fully eluted, so as to realize the rapid purification of plasmid. No phenolic chloroform extraction is required.The purity of plasmid DNA is improved by a three-step column (loading, washing and elution) to meet the requirements of transcell level.
