Smac Beads is a large pore size and high flow rate agarose beads with excellent physical and chromatographic properties. Smac Beads can handle large sample volumes with easy operation and is resistant to the temperature, pH, and chemicals routinely used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Smac Beads can be cleaned in place to minimize production losses. If required, it can be sterilized. Therefore, it can be used in a wide range of industrial applications.
