This product is in the form of pre-mixed powder package, which can be prepared as 1L liquid solution, containing 50mM PO₄³⁺,10mM imidazole, 300mM NaCl, pH 7.5-8.0. It can be used directly after dissolution and filtration without pH adjustment, which is simple and quick.
