On the afternoon of February 24, the joint emergency response team for COVID-19, composed of Lan Fei's research group at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of Fudan University, the Shanghai Public Health Clinical COVID-19 Research Team affiliated to Fudan University, and Shanghai Aiyue Biotechnology, successfully obtained the first "fully human antibody" for COVID-19. This research provides an effective and rapid R&D plan and candidate antibodies for the development of fully human neutralizing antibody drugs.

Immuno-agarose magnetic beads can achieve rapid throughput detection and purification of antibodies, and protein A or protein G agarose gel media can quickly purify antibodies from cell culture media in one step, with a purity of more than 95%.
In particular, the alkaline-resistant Protein At Beads 4FF uses a stable alkaline-resistant protein A ligand and directional coupling, has low ligand shedding, and can be regenerated with 0.1-0.5 M NaOH solution and can be reused many times.
